Refund Policy

At Canterbury Crazy Golf, we have established a unique and customer-centric refund policy. Our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons is underpinned by the following guidelines:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Once a booking has been confirmed, whether in-person, over the phone, or via our online platform, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued in the event of a cancellation that is not attributed to any fault on our part.

2. Reservation Alterations:

   • However, should you wish to make changes to your booking, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice, along with availability preferences. Our dedicated on-site team at your local Canterbury Crazy Golf venue will be delighted to assist you in such cases.

Booking Procedure

For those who prefer the convenience of online bookings, please note the following procedures:

1. Payment Requirement:

   • Payment in full is required at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you to finalize the reservation. It is important to note that your booking will only be considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and the selected time slot will remain available for other interested patrons.

2. Pricing Accuracy:

   • We encourage all customers to meticulously review their booking details before finalizing the transaction. Once a booking is confirmed, we are not able to rectify any inaccuracies or adjust the price, even if the confirmation page displayed an incorrect, lower rate. Please be aware that no exceptions can be made in such cases.

3. Late Arrivals:

   • If your activity extends beyond the designated time slot, it may be necessary for our venue to conclude your session promptly to accommodate subsequent bookings. Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds for late arrivals. You may, however, continue to enjoy the remaining time until the next booking group arrives.

4. Late Arrival Notification:

   • If you anticipate running late for your booking, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. In the event of a no-show lasting for 15 minutes, Canterbury Crazy Golf reserves the right to resell the allocated time slots. We will make every effort to accommodate latecomers, but please ensure you allocate sufficient time for your visit to Crazy Canterbury Golf to ensure an uninterrupted experience.
